How fees work
The fine print, in large print.
- One rate: 0.6% of each payment. There's no monthly fee, subscription or plan.
- Volume rate: once your payments pass $50,000 in a calendar month, the rest of that month is charged at 0.45%. It happens automatically.
- Minimum fee: $0.05 per payment, so very small payments still cover network costs.
- Maximum fee: $5 per payment, whatever the amount.
- Launch offer: no transaction fees for your first 90 days, on up to $20,000 of payments.
- Every fee is shown on each transaction, and in your monthly statement and CSV export.

Pricing questions
Why is there a minimum fee?
Every bank payment has a small network cost, even a $2 one. The 5¢ minimum covers it. On a typical $4.50 coffee you pay 5¢, about the same as a card.
Why is there a $5 cap?
Bank-to-bank payments cost the same to process whether they're $50 or $5,000. Capping the fee makes Qrisp the obvious choice for big invoices, deposits and bills.
Are there chargebacks?
No card chargebacks. Customers approve every payment in their own bank. If something goes wrong, refund the customer from your dashboard. Refunds are free.
Can I offer customers a discount for paying by QR?
Your customers already get points and a scratch card on every Qrisp payment, funded by Qrisp, so you don't need to. If you want to add your own discount, we'll confirm the rules on payment-method pricing with our legal advisers before launch.
Do you hold my money?
No. Payments go straight from your customer's bank account to yours. We never hold your funds, so there's no payout delay and no reserve.
