PayTo Payment Agreement Terms
Version 2026-10-draft-2
Draft for legal review. The final terms must match the PayTo requirements of Australian Payments Plus and Qrisp's payments partner.
What you're agreeing to
You authorise Qrisp, through its payments partner, to take payments from the business bank account you nominate under a PayTo agreement with these details:
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Payee | Qrisp (through its licensed payments partner) |
| Purpose | Qrisp fees, and refunds you ask us to make |
| Amount | Varies |
| Frequency | Monthly for fees; as needed for refunds |
| Maximum per payment | A$50,000 |
| Start date | The date you approve the agreement in your banking app |
| End date | When you close your Qrisp account, or cancel the agreement |
How we'll use it
- Monthly fees: at the start of each month, we total the previous month's transaction fees. We email you the amount at least 3 business days before we collect it.
- Refunds: when you refund a customer from your dashboard, we collect the refund amount and send it to your customer's account. We only collect a refund amount when you ask for that refund.
- We will never collect more than the amounts in your dashboard and statements.
Your control
- You approve this agreement in your own banking app. It is not active until you do.
- You can view, pause or cancel it at any time in your banking app.
- If you pause or cancel it while you still have a Qrisp account, we can't collect fees or make refunds. We may then suspend payments to your business until a new agreement is approved.
If something goes wrong
If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact us at hello@qrisp.com.au. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. You can also raise it with your bank.
