Payer Privacy Notice

What we collect
- your mobile number, first name and, if you give it, your email address
- the payments you make through Qrisp while logged in: the business, amount, date and your bank's name
- your points, scratch cards and vouchers
- technical details such as your IP address and device
We never see your bank login or account number. Your bank handles those.
Why
- to run your Qrisp Rewards account and give you points, scratch cards and vouchers
- to prevent fraud and misuse of the program
- to send you messages about your account
- to send you offers, but only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- voucher partners, only the details needed to issue a voucher you redeem
- SMS, email and hosting providers that help us run Qrisp
- regulators and law enforcement where the law requires
We don't share your name or mobile number with the businesses you pay. Businesses see that a payment was made, not who you are.
Your rights
