By agreeing, you consent under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth) to receive the following electronically, by email or in your Qrisp dashboard, instead of on paper:
- agreements and changes to agreements
- monthly statements, fee notices and tax invoices
- notices about your account, including notices of suspension or closure
- notices before we collect a payment under your PayTo agreement
Keep your email address up to date, and check your inbox and dashboard regularly. A notice counts as received when we send it to the email address in your account, or post it in your dashboard.
You can withdraw this consent by emailing hello@qrisp.com.au. Because Qrisp is an online service, withdrawing this consent may mean we have to close your account.
We will only send you marketing emails if you separately agree to them, and every marketing email will have an unsubscribe link, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.
